A couple years ago I found out about National Dessert Day (October 14th). Why didn’t I know about this sooner?! This holiday was MADE for me!!

The discovery of an amazing new holiday got me thinking — what other unique holidays are there? I did a little research and apparently there are TONS! You could celebrate something wacky every single day if you like!

Some of these holidays have government designation as an actual official holiday. Others were created to commemorate a special person or event. And still others are in existence simply for fun!
