This easy-to-make Easter fudge recipe, using Cadbury Mini Eggs and colorful marshmallows, is the perfect holiday treat or way to use up extra Easter candy!

This is an easy fudge recipe that uses chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk as its base, like many of our simple fudge recipes.

INGREDIENTS

– semi-sweet chocolate chips – sweetened condensed milk – rainbow-colored mini marshmallows – Cadbury mini chocolate eggs with the candy shell

Line 8” square pan with parchment paper and scatter half of the M&Ms and Cadbury mini eggs on the bottom.

1

Place chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and  melt in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until smooth and melted. Stir in the marshmallows, just to scatter them.

2

Scoop the fudge mixture into the pan, then scatter remaining candy on top. You can also add Easter sprinkles on top. Place pan in the refrigerator to chill until set.

3

When fudge is set, use parchment paper tabs to pull the fudge out of the pan and onto a counter or cutting board to slice.
