This football snack board is loaded with tasty treats and is centered around a homemade football cheeseball. This cheeseball is a blend of cream cheese, bacon, and herbs.
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine together cream cheese, sour cream, and spices with electric mixer.
Stir in the bacon, jalapenos, green onions, and shredded cheese.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Scoop cream cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap, form into a football shape, wrap tightly in the plastic and chill for 3-4 hours.
When cheeseball has hardened enough to hold its shape, remove plastic wrap and roll in the chopped bacon, pressing bacon into the cheeseball so it is completely coated.
