Strawberry Mint Infused Water

  • 1/4 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 teaspoon mint diced
  • 16 oz water

Grapefruit and Orange Spa Water

  • 1/4 cup grapefruit sliced
  • 1/4 cup orange sliced
  • 16 oz water

Cucumber and Lemon Detox Water

  • 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup lemons sliced
  • 16 oz water


  1. Combine fruit, veggies, and/or herbs from your chosen recipe in a large mason jar.

  2. Seal your jar, then shake gently for about a minute. 

  3. Chill for at least 1 hour to infuse refreshing flavors before enjoying. Store in fridge for 2-3 days.
