Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups Almond Milk
  • 3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Turbinado Sugar
  • 1 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. (You may want to heat the coconut oil so it is in liquid form for better mixing.)
  3. Pour 1/4 cup scoops onto skillet.
  4. Flip when tiny bubbles appear throughout (about 2 minutes per side).
