This Pumpkin Spice Latte is healthy and delicious. It's so good, you'll forget it's homemade!

2cupsunsweetened coconut milk
1/3cupof pumpkin puree
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour your pumpkin spice latte coffee creamer into a mason jar or airtight container for storage, as you won't need it all for one latte. (You'll have enough for a whole week of pumpkin spice lattes!)
Add 1-2 spoonfuls of your PSL creamer to hot brewed coffee and whisk together until a light froth forms at the top. If you really want a decadent (but still healthy) treat, add a dollop of dairy free whipped topping and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator — it will keep for up to a week. For best results, shake well before using.
