Instructions
To Prep: Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Add the chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, heating in 20 second intervals and stirring between, until melted and smooth.
Stir the can of dulce de leche into the bowl of melted white chocolate. The mixture will be thick.
Scoop into the prepared pan and use a spatula to spread in an even layer.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours, or until set, before cutting into 1-inch or 2-inch pieces.
