½cupCoconut rum
¾cupPineapple juice
½cupBlue Curacao
Edible Glitteroptional
1TBCoconut creamoptional
Coconut flakesfor rim of glass
1/2cupCream of coconutfor frozen recipe ONLY
Instructions
On the Rocks Recipe
Dip rim of glass in coconut cream or corn syrup, then dip rim in coconut flakes. Allow to dry.
Add rum, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and splash coconut cream to cocktail shaker with ice. If using edible glitter, add here too.
Shake a few times to mix and chill, then strain into prepared glassware. You can pour over ice, or serve without ice as a martini.
Frozen Recipe
Add ingredients to blender with 3-4 cups of ice.
Blend until you have a slushy consistency, adding more ice if needed.
Dip rim of glass in coconut cream or corn syrup, then dip rim in coconut flakes. Allow to dry.
Pour into your prepared glass.
