Ingredients
6Flour TortillasBurrito Size
8ozWhipped Cream Cheese
1TablespoonsVanilla Extract
1CupStrawberriesSliced
1CupGreek Yogurt
1CupCinnamon Sugar
1/2CupButterMelted
Instructions
Pre-heat air fryer to 350°F.
Whisk together cream cheese spread, vanilla extract and Greek yogurt. Fold in strawberries.
Scoop the strawberry cheesecake mixture into the middle of each tortilla. Evenly divide the mixture among the 6 tortillas.
Roll up the tortillas and secure with toothpicks.
Brush with melted butter and place in the air fryer, seam side down. Air fry for 5 minutes.
Remove the toothpicks and roll each chimichanga in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
