Preheat oven to 400° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Roll out dough onto the prepared pan and cut into 16 slices, carefully so not to scratch the pan or mat. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the breadsticks just start to turn golden brown on top.
While the dough is baking, melt the butter, then stir in the garlic salt.
Remove the breadsticks from the oven and brush the melted garlic butter on top. Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
