Ingredients
1 1/2cupsNutellaor similar chocolate hazelnut spread
To Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper
Combine Nutella, eggs, and salt in a large bowl and mix.
Gradually add the flour as you mix, until just incorporated.
Scoop batter into lined baking pan and spread gently as needed until even.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°F, until the middle of the brownies are no longer jiggly.

Variations - Try these brownies with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt on top for a lovely contrast to the sweetness of the Nutella. For even more chocolate flavor, you could also stir in chocolate chips before baking, though I think they are pretty perfect all on their own!
To Cut and Serve - Allow brownies to cool so they will set up in the middle and slice better. Believe it or not, a plastic knife actually works really well to cut the brownies into neat squares, without bits of brownie sticking to the knife. That's why you'll see a plastic knife used in the video instead of a fancy chef's knife.
