Nutella Brownies

These might just be the easiest brownies you’ll ever bake…and the fudgiest too! One bowl, one pan, four ingredients – that’s all you need!

Ok, I know that every blogger says they have the “best” or the “fudgiest” brownies ever…but I really think I have a case here!

The best way I can describe these Nutella brownies is this: when you bite into them, they have the texture of a brownie, but then they melt in your mouth just like a big spoonful of creamy Nutella. For those of you who like to eat Nutella right out of the jar with a spoon (no judgment here!!) then you know EXACTLY what I mean!

The first time we made these brownies I was hooked. This is now my go-to brownie recipe!! I mean, you can literally SEE just how fudgy they are in the photos:

Prep Tips:

  • Variations – These brownies also taste amazing with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt on top. For even more chocolate flavor, you could stir in chocolate chips before baking.
  • To Cut and Serve – Allow brownies to cool so they will set up in the middle and slice better. Believe it or not, a plastic knife actually works really well to cut the brownies into neat squares, without sticking to them. That’s why you’ll see a plastic knife used in the video instead of a fancy chef’s knife.

Prep Tips:
  • Variations – Try these brownies with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt on top for a lovely contrast to the sweetness of the Nutella. For even more chocolate flavor, you could also stir in chocolate chips before baking, though I think they are pretty perfect all on their own!
  • To Cut and Serve – Allow brownies to cool so they will set up in the middle and slice better. Believe it or not, a plastic knife actually works really well to cut the brownies into neat squares, without bits of brownie sticking to the knife. That’s why you’ll see a plastic knife used in the video instead of a fancy chef’s knife.
