Ingredients
1/3cupHeavy cream
1/4cupTequila
1/4cupOrange juice
1TablespoonLime juice
2cupsWhite chocolate
Zest of one orange
Granulated sugarfor the coating
Instructions
Combine orange zest and cream in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Warm, but do not boil, for 5 minutes, stirring often.
Remove pan from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips, until melted and smooth.
Add the orange juice, lime juice and tequila, stirring to mix.
Pour the white chocolate mixture into an airtight plastic container with a lid and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
After the chocolate mix is soft set, use a small cookie scoop to portion and roll into balls. Gently roll each ball in a dish of granulated sugar, then place onto a lined baking sheet.
Chill for another hour.
