Ingredients
For the Cupcakes
1boxchocolate cake mixany brand
3eggs
1/3cupvegetable oil
1cupwater
Chocolate frosting
For the Slime Topping
2boxeslime jellolarge boxes
2 1/2cupswaterboiling
Small candy eyes
Instructions
To Make the Jello Slime Monsters
Combine the boiling water and both boxes of lime Jell-O, stirring until completely dissolved.
Pour the jello mixture into the molds.
Place the mold in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until set.
Once the Jell-O has set, remove from the fridge.
To Make the Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Mix the cupcake ingredients and pour into the liners so they are 2/3 full. Bake 18-20 minutes, then remove from oven and allow to cool.
Use a frosting decorating bag to make a swirl of chocolate frosting on top of each cupcake.
Use frosting to "glue" two candy eyeballs to each slime blob.
Place one slime on top of each cupcake, pushing gently into the frosting to hold it in place.
