Ingredients
For the Brownie layer
1/2cupbuttermelted
1/4cupcocoa
1/2cupsugar
2TBbrown sugar
2eggs
1tspvanilla extract
1/2tspvinegar
3/4cupall purpose flour
red food coloring
pinchsalt
For Cheesecake layer
1cupcream cheese
1large egg
1tspvanilla extract
3tbspgranulated sugar
1TBraspberry jamoptional

white chocolatemelted
red candy melts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
Mix together the melted butter and sugars.
Add eggs, cocoa powder, vanilla, vinegar, flour, a pinch of salt, and red food coloring. Whisk until smooth and pour into prepared pan.
In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, and eggs.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of brownie batter and swirl. If adding fruit jam, swirl in now too.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool, then cut into hearts.
Top each brownie heart with melted white chocolate, like frosting, and allow to set.
Use melted red candy melts to draw messages on top of the brownies. Allow to harden.
