Ingredients
2ozBaileys Strawberry and Cream
2ozWhite Creme de Cacao
3/4cupStrawberries
1cupIce
1cupGhirardelli Chocolate Wafers
1/2cupSweet Cream Coffee Creamer
Instructions
To Make The Chocolate Rim
Place chocolate melting wafers in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 20 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Dip the top 1/2" of the glasses into the melted chocolate. Flip them right-side-up so the melted chocolate drips down the sides of the glasses a bit.
Place in freezer to chill and harden the chocolate.
Drink Directions
Add the liquors, fresh strawberries, and ice to blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour the cocktail mix into the prepared glasses until about 3/4 of the way full.
Pour creamer in large glass and use a milk frother to create a foam.
Spoon the foam on top of your drinks.
