Instructions
To Prep: Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Add one cup white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds to stir the chips. When the white chocolate mixture is smooth and creamy and fully melted, it's ready to go.
Remove the lids and foil from both frosting containers. Place one of the frosting containers in the microwave on high for 1 minute. Make sure there is no foil at all left on the container first!
Pour 2/3 of the melted frosting into the bowl of melted white chocolate chips. Stir until well combined and smooth.
Place the other cup of white chocolate chips into a clean microwave safe bowl and repeat the melting process. Add the blue food coloring to this bowl and stir until the mixture is a smooth blue color. You can add more food coloring as needed until you have the desired shade of blue.
Microwave the second can of frosting for one minute.
Scoop 2/3 of the melted frosting into the blue white chocolate mixture and stir to combine completely.
Place the red candy melts in another microwavable bowl and repeat the melting process in the microwave like the chocolate chips.
Once the red candy melts are creamy and smooth, add the remaining frosting from both containers and stir to mix.
How To Layer The Fudge:
Start with the white fudge and pour half of it into the bottom of the pan. You can move the bowl around while you pour to create a swirl.
Take the blue fudge and pour half of it on top of the white fudge.
Pour half of the red fudge on top of the blue fudge.
Repeat the pouring process until all of the fudge mixture is used. Gently tap the pan on the counter to make sure that the fudge is even. Top with sprinkles and allow the fudge to harden completely before slicing and serving. You can place the fudge in the fridge to speed up the setting process.
Notes
Nutrition information is an estimate only and is based on 16 servings.
DO NOT stir the fudge once you've poured it into the pan. The best way to make the swirls is to move the bowls around when you pour the colorful fudge into the pan. Stirring will blend the colors, so you may end up with purple instead of red, white, and blue.
If your the white chocolate starts to get too thick to easily pour into the pan, you can reheat in the microwave for 15 seconds to soften it again.
