This peppermint puppy chow recipe is made with 4 simple ingredients and is perfect for Christmas parties or anytime you're craving a sweet and minty snack!
24ozwhite almond barkor 3 cups white chocolate melting wafers
1/2teaspoonpeppermint extract
1/2cupcrushed peppermints
Instructions
Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20 second intervals, stirring between, until melted and smooth. Stir in the peppermint extract.
Add cereal to a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate on top of the cereal and stir to coat.
Fold in the crushed peppermint, stirring until evenly distributed.
Spread the candy coated cereal mixture in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow to air dry completely before serving or storing.
