Preheat oven to 350°F, grease your loaf pan, and line it with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder together until well combined. Set aside.
In a separate medium-sized bowl, mix together the sugar and vegetable oil for about 2 minutes, until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs for 30 seconds, then mix in the vanilla extract.
Pour the contents of the bowl of wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Stir in the grated zucchini, then stir in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed.
Pour the zucchini bread mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean. Allow to cool to room temperature in the loaf pan, on a wire cooling rack.
