Ingredients

cups
rotisserie chicken
chopped

cup
asparagus
chopped
1
cup
sugar snap peas
sliced
1/2
small red onion
sliced extra thin
1
cup
mayo
1
package fresh dill
1/2
tsp
sea salt
1/4
cup
grated parmesan cheese
in our case we used non-dairy veggie cheese

cup
slivered almonds

cup
fresh chopped parsley
optional
Instructions
Slice asparagus and sugar snap peas diagonally into pieces about 1" long each.
Lightly sauté asparagus and snap peas for about 5 minutes, just enough to soften slightly.
Pull meat from rotisserie chicken, shred into small pieces, and add to large mixing bowl.
Add cooked veggies, red onion, mayo, herbs, parmesan, and salt; toss until well coated.
Garnish with parsley and almonds if desired.
