Instructions
Prepare Brownies - Bake brownies according to package directions and allow to cool completely. Once cool, cut the brownies into triangles, push a popsicle stick into the larger end, and place them in the freezer to chill and harden.
Dip The Pretzels - Melt the green chocolate according to package instructions in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl. Coat the pretzels completely in the melted green chocolate and place on a lined baking sheet to set.
Dip the Brownies - Melt the orange chocolate in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl. Place one triangle shaped brownie in the melted orange candy and use a spoon to coat the top. Carefully transfer the candy coated brownies to a lined baking sheet to dry.
Assemble - Pick up the green coated pretzels and gently press one into each of the brownies, to be the carrot greens. You can also drizzle melted orange chocolate on top of the brownie carrot for texture. Allow to dry.

Prep Tips
Brownie Size - The smaller you make the brownies, the easier they will be to handle. Larger brownies are more likely to break during handling.
Freezing the Brownies - It is important to freeze the brownies so they will hold their shape when you dip them in melted chocolate. If the brownies are room temperature, they will fall apart during this step.
Coating - If you don't have orange candy melts on hand, you can spread orange frosting on top of the brownies for a similar look.
