Prep Tips
- Brownie Size – The smaller you make the brownies, the easier they will be to handle. Larger brownies are more likely to break during handling.
- Freezing the Brownies – It is important to freeze the brownies so they will hold their shape when you dip them in melted chocolate. If the brownies are room temperature, they will fall apart during this step.
- Coating – If you don’t have orange candy melts on hand, you can spread orange frosting on top of the brownies for a similar look.
