Add the chocolate cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil to a mixing bowl and whisk together until a thick batter forms.
Scoop the batter onto a sheet of plastic wrap, wrap it up to contain all the batter, and place it in the fridge to chill.
Repeat this same process with the strawberry and vanilla cake mixes in separate clean bowls. Chill all 3 flavors of batter in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take about 1/2 Tablespoon of each cookie dough flavor and roll them together in your hand to form a cookie dough ball.
Place the cookie dough balls on the prepared pan about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are set and the cookies start to look crinkly.
Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before enjoying.
