Sprinkles - We decorated the tops of our jello shots with gold sanding sugar, to give them a sparkly look. I recommend waiting to sprinkle on the sugar until you're ready to serve, so it doesn't dissolve ahead of time.
Variations - You can customize your jello shots with a couple drops of food coloring or different color of sanding sugar, sprinkles, etc. to make them for different occasions.
Storage - If keeping in the fridge for long-term storage (anything more than a few hours), I recommend covering the tray of jello shots with plastic wrap or using plastic lids.
