Prep Tips:
Chicken:
Use rotisserie or leftover cooked chicken for convenience, or cook a couple of chicken breasts.
Dressing:
You can swap honey mustard for your favorite — ranch is always a tasty option!
Substitutions:
Romaine can replace iceberg, and you can mix in other veggies like bell peppers or celery.
Garnish:
Add fresh herbs or nuts for extra flavor and crunch — try parsley, scallions, or pecans.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container up to 3 days. Keep dressing separate for best texture; add soft veggies just before serving.
