Christmas Crunch Snack Mix

This crunchy Christmas snack mix — tossed with white chocolate and M&M’s — is sweet, salty, quick to make, and perfect for festive gifting!

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • microwave safe bowl

Ingredients

  • 6 cups popcorn already popped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate melting wafers or white candy melts
  • 1/4 cup M&Ms green and red
  • 1.5 oz mini pretzel twists
  • 1 tsp red & green sprinkles

Instructions

  • Spread the popcorn on a lined baking sheet.
  • Break half of the pretzels into bite-sized pieces and mix in the with popcorn on the baking sheet. Place the remaining whole pretzels on top of the popcorn.
  • Scatter the M&Ms over the popcorn.
  • Place the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat the white chocolate in the microwave in increments of 20 seconds, stirring between, until melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted white chocolate over top of the popcorn.
  • Top the popcorn mixture with holiday sprinkles and gently toss everything until well coated and combined.
