Instructions
In a large saucepan combine 2 cups quinoa (wash before adding), 3 cups water, 1 cup Orgain Organic Protein Almond Milk®, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 cup dried cherries. Bring to boil.
After five minutes has elapsed, reduce heat and cover pot. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, add cooked quinoa, 1 cup Orgain Organic Protein Almond Milk®, slivered almonds, and honey. Stir until just mixed. Add toasted coconut immediately before serving.
