Prep Tips:
Low and slow:
Melt chocolate on
LOW
only to prevent scorching or seizing.
Wait to stir:
Let ingredients melt for 45–60 minutes before stirring for the smoothest texture.
Nut-free option:
Replace cashews with pretzels, toasted cereal, or crushed cookies. Use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter if needed.
Customize it:
Add sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or themed toppings after portioning the candy.
Set completely:
Allow candy to fully firm up before stacking or storing.
No liners needed:
Scoop candy clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet if you don’t have cupcake liners.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
