chopped cooked chicken
we used rotisserie chicken

mayonnaise
1/2
cup
grated parmesan cheese
1/4
cup
pickle relish
Instructions
First, prep your chicken. If using a rotisserie chicken, debone and chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chopped chicken in a large mixing bowl with remaining ingredients.
Toss everything together with a large wooden spoon or spatula until well coated in the dressing and evenly distributed.
Optional: season with salt and pepper, to taste.
