Ingredients

4 oz Spiced Rum
2 oz Cherry Liqueur
24 oz Dr. Pepper 2 typical cans
1 oz Simple Syrup
4 cups Ice

Garnishes

Whipped cream for garnish
Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Start blending on low and keep an eye on foam from the carbonation.
Slowly increase speed until you have a slushy consistency.
Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and a cherry.
