To Prep: Place the plastic shot glasses on a baking sheet or in a muffin tin. This will make it easier to move them all in and out of the fridge to chill.
In a small saucepan, boil 2 cups water.
In a large bowl, stir together Bailey's, butterscotch schnapps, vodka, gingerbread syrup, and cold water.
Whisk in 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin, until completely dissolved.
Pour in the 2 cups of boiling water and mix well.
Pour the jello shot mixture into the plastic cups and chill in the refrigerator until completely set.
When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, Christmas sprinkles, and a mini gingerbread man cookie.
