Instructions
To Prep: Line a 9x11 baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour each color of chocolate into its own microwave-safe bowl. One at a time, heat in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between, until melted and smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet.
Use an offset spatula to spread the chocolate in an even layer.
Use a butter knife or toothpick to gently swirl the colors together.
While the chocolate is still wet, add any candy toppings or sprinkles that you're using. If needed, press the candy into the melted chocolate so it will stay in place.
Place the pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set. Then you can break the candy bark into pieces.

Notes
Nutrition values are an estimate only and do not include toppings, as this will vary depending on what you use and how much.
Chocolate - Melting wafers are perfect for this recipe because they are formulated to melt smoothly. You could also use candy melts, which aren't technically chocolate, but are also designed for melting and making your own candy treats, and they usually come in a wide variety of colors.
Storage - Keep leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2-3 weeks. Toppings such as pretzels or cookies may become stale more quickly.
