Nutrition information is an estimate only; your actual values will vary based on exact ingredients used and serving size.Prep Tips:
Substitutions - If you have a bag of white chocolate chips in the pantry and are wondering if you can swap them for the white chocolate melting wafers, the answer is yes. However, if using white chocolate chips, I recommend stirring in a Tablespoon of shortening or coconut oil during the melting process. This will help make the chocolate smoother and to re-harden better.
Storage - The best way to store candy bark is in an airtight container at room temperature. Keep away from any light or heat sources that may cause it to melt or soften. Refrigeration is not normally needed, but if the room temperature in your home is over 75 degrees or so, you may consider keeping them in the fridge.
