Ingredients

instant vanilla pudding mix

heavy whipping cream

premade graham cracker crusts

Instructions
Add the instant pudding mix and whipping cream to the bowl of the stand mixer.
Beat on medium speed until well-combined and mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in 1 1/2 cups of the mini chocolate chips with a spatula.
Divide the mixture evenly between the two pie crusts and spread evenly. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
Spread half of the Cool Whip over each pie, smoothing it into an even layer across the top.
Sprinkle the tops of the pies with the remaining 1/2 cup of miniature chocolate chips.
Chill pies in the freezer until fully set and ready to serve.
