• Place the Peeps into a quart mason jar. Pour the vodka over the Peeps and screw the lid onto the jar.
• Place the jar of vodka in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Give the jar a good shake every few hours.
• When 24 hours is up, the Peeps may not be completely dissolved...and that's ok! Pour the infused vodka through a mesh strainer to remove any remaining pieces of marshmallow.
• Pour the Peeps infused vodka into a drink pitcher, along with the lemon liquor and sweet and sour mix. Stir to combine and keep refrigerated until you're ready to serve.

To Serve:

• Rim the martini glasses with sugar sprinkles.
• Pour the cocktail mixture into your prepared glass and garnish with a Peeps marshmallow.
