To Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Chop pretzels into smaller pieces that you can mix into the cookies.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla and continue mixing until there are no more big lumps and the mixture is creamy.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until dough forms.
Stir in the chocolate chips, pretzel bits, and M&Ms with a wooden spoon or spatula.
Use a small cookie scoop to portion out the dough onto your prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
When the cookies are done, remove from oven and press down slightly with a spatula.
After cooling for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet, transfer to a wire cooling rack.
