Instructions
To Prep:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and thoroughly coat the muffin tin with non-stick baking spray.
Prepare the brownie mix according to box directions and scoop about 3-4 Tablespoons of the batter into each of the cavities of the muffin pan.
Bake for 14-18 minutes, or a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies comes out clean.
Remove the brownies from the oven and then use the back or a measuring spoon to make an indentation in the center of each brownie.
Allow brownies to cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer), beat together the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until incorporated.
Add purple food coloring 2-3 drops at a time and mix, adding a little more coloring at a time until your desired shade is reached.
Fill each of the brownies with about 2 tablespoons of frosting. Finish with Halloween sprinkles, candy eyeballs, etc.
