This Buffalo Chicken Pizza (with Mateo’s famous sweet potato crust) is another instant classic! Hearty, healthy, spicy, and totally satisfying.

Ingredients: - Sweet potatoes - Egg - Almond flour - Salt - Dried oregano - Dried basil - Garlic powder - Apple cider vinegar - Chicken - Spinach - Cheese - Buffalo sauce - Green onion

INSTRUCTIONS Pre-heat oven to 400°. While oven heats, cook sweet potatoes in microwave until soft.

Peel sweet potatoes and add to large mixing bowl with: almond flour, egg,  salt,  dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, and apple cider vinegar.

Use rubber spatula to spread on a Pizza Stone (you could also use a Silicon Baking Mat like we did for our square-edged pizza.)
