As a huge sports fan, I’m thrilled to partner with Farm Rich to create this 5-minute Mini Cuban Sandwich Bites recipe for basketball tourney time!
These Mini Cuban Sandwich Bites turned out so delicious that I can’t wait to share them with our family and friends at our next game watch party. Our house is the go-to spot for these get-togethers, and when you see the awesome snacks my husband whips up, you’ll know why!
My husband is the chef in the family and he owns a Cuban Food Truck, so that is where he got the inspiration for these Mini Cuban Sandwich Bites. They taste so much like the real thing, and they are even easier to make!
Here’s what you need to make Mini Cuban Sandwich Bites:
- Farm Rich Mozzarella Bites
- Sliced deli ham
- Dill pickles
- Dijon mustard
STEP ONE: Prepare Farm Rich Mozzarella Bites according to directions on package. We used the toaster oven because it heats up quickly (6-7 minutes at 400°F).
These Farm Rich Mozzarella Bites are the perfect base for our Mini Cuban Sandwich Bites (creamy 100% real mozzarella cheese wrapped in a soft pizzeria-style bread crust…yum!) They are so easy to eat and virtually mess-free! You can find them in the freezer aisle at most major grocers.
STEP TWO: When Mozzarella Bites have finished cooking, remove from toaster oven carefully and place on serving plate. Top with a dollop of Dijon mustard, one slice of folded deli ham, and one dill pickle. Secure with a toothpick and you’re ready to cheer on your favorite team with a winning snack!
