My oldest daughter has asked almost every year for a Chuck E. Cheese’s party for her birthday, but usually we keep it pretty low-key with a family party at the house. However, this year we got lucky because Chuck E. Cheese’s invited us to celebrate with them!

Here’s what you didn’t know…
It’s the easiest party to set up
Party planning can be totally stressful — but it doesn’t have to be that way! Our Chuck E. Cheese’s party was the easiest party I’ve ever planned, mainly because I didn’t have to do anything! No set-up, no clean-up (whoohoo!), and no worrying!
The online reservation system is a breeze. Your Chuck E. Cheese’s location will call a few days before the event to confirm details. All you do is show up at the party…and have fun!
You have a dedicated party host
Each Chuck E. Cheese’s birthday party has its own dedicated party host. Your host is way more than a waiter — they are essentially your very own on-site event planner and hype-man or hype-woman all in one.
Our host Tina was amazing! She made sure that every guest always had plenty of food and drink and that every aspect of the party went according to plan. She was even better at rounding up the kids than I and got them pumped for the festivities.
The pizza is good…really, really good
Please trust me when I say to order extra pizza. This is not a drill.
Our pizza lasted all of five minutes — I couldn’t even get a photo of the whole pizza because it was half eaten before I had a chance to get my camera out!
Even if you’ve had Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza before, you’ve got to try it again because their new recipe is out-of-this-world delicious. Lots of tangy sauce, rich melty cheese, and an herb-dusted crust.

There are gluten free food options
We have a few people in our family that eat gluten free, so it was a nice surprise to find GF options on the menu. Pizza, veggies — real food!
Unlimited play cards
When you choose the Mega Superstar package, each child in your party receives an unlimited play card — good for two full hours of game play from the first time they swipe it. That means you don’t need to worry about divvying up tokens or play time running out.
If your location doesn’t feature cards, you’ll get 60 tokens with the Mega Superstar package. That’s plenty of game play to keep ’em busy too!
Booking bonuses
Chuck E. Cheese’s gifted us with card loaded with extra play time as a “thank you” for booking online. Another awesome surprise that let some of the adults in our party get some game time.
The current “sweet” deal: Parties of 12 or more children booked and held before 9/30/17 get free cotton candy!
The kids will get TONS of tickets
Between what they won in game play, the birthday piñata, the ticket toss, and the Ticket Blaster experience for the birthday girl, all the kids ended up with more tickets than they could count! Everyone got to redeem their tickets for cool prizes.

Adults will have fun too
Seriously!! Grown-ups will have fun too!
Once I handed out a couple play cards to some of the aunts and uncles, I didn’t see them again until it was time to leave. Turns out they were engaged in a lively game of skee-ball and having as much of a blast as the kids!

Yes, it’s busy and it’s loud — but these are the sounds of kids having an amazing time. And it’s so worth it to see all the smiles!

it’s so ironic you mentioned Chuck E cheeses pizzeria at Chuck-E-cheese party in this blog. I used to work there 22 years ago back in the kitchen making pizza for $4.15 an hour. Back then, I was doing lots of taste testing in the Chucky cheese pizza kitchen and loved every moment of it! LOL 🙂
