Spicy Crab and Avocado RITZwich
Another of our favorite easy RITZ cracker recipes — delicious sushi roll flavors…on an easy-to-eat cracker! (And it’s all cooked!) Such a fun snack that will wow your guests!
Ingredients: RITZ crackers, imitation crab, mayo, sriracha, green onion
STEP ONE: We used the crab sticks that peel apart (almost like string cheese) and then chopped the crab strings into 1/2 inch pieces and placed in a medium mixing bowl.
STEP TWO: In a separate bowl, mix 2 TB mayonnaise and 1/2 – 1 teaspoon sriracha (depending on how spicy you’d like your spicy mayo). Add your spicy mayo little by little to the bowl of chopped crab pieces and stir to combine until the crab is well coated.
STEP THREE: Stack it up! Add a slice of fresh avocado to a RITZ cracker. Top with a spoonful of the spicy crab mixture. Garnish with sriracha and chopped green onion.
