Ingredients
- Nutter Butter Cookies
- Red and Brown M&Ms
- Mini Pretzel Twists
- White Frosting
- Candy Eyes
Helpful Kitchen Tools
Instructions
- Prepare the “Glue” – You can use either frosting or melted chocolate for this step. If using chocolate, melt in a microwave-safe bowl in 20 second increments, stirring between, until smooth.
- Add the Antlers – Spread frosting or melted chocolate on the bottom of one pretzel, and press onto the top half of a Nutter Butter cookie.
- Place the eyes – Use food tweezers or clean fingers to place the eyes, with frosting or melted chocolate to hold them in place.
- Finish – Add a drop of melted chocolate or frosting to an M&M and place at the bottom of the cookie to be the reindeer nose. Allow to set.

Prep Tips
- For sturdier cookies, use melted white chocolate or candy melts instead of frosting. This would be a good option if you are making these ahead of time for gifting or on a holiday cookie plate that needs to travel.
- Another option to make these cookies is to dip the entire thing in melted chocolate, then place the pretzels and candy while the chocolate is still wet.
- Storage – Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

Nutter Butter Reindeer Cookies
Equipment
- microwave safe bowl if melting chocolate
Ingredients
- Nutter Butter Cookies
- Red and Brown M&Ms
- Mini Pretzel Twists
- White Frosting or Melted White Chocolate for the "glue"
- Candy Eyes
Instructions
- If using chocolate as the "glue" for your cookies, melt the chocolate chips or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 20 second increments, stirring between, until fully melted and smooth. If using frosting, skip this step.
- Spread frosting or melted chocolate on the bottom of one pretzel twist, and press onto the top half of a Nutter Butter cookie, to form the antlers.
- Use food tweezers or clean fingers to place the eyes, using a dollop of frosting or melted chocolate to hold them in place.
- Add a drop of melted chocolate or frosting to an M&M and place at the bottom of the cookie to be the reindeer nose.
- Allow the chocolate or frosting to set so everything stays in place.
Notes
- Use chocolate for durability: If you’re making these ahead or they’ll be traveling on a cookie tray, melted white chocolate or candy melts will help everything stay put better than frosting.
- Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
