Easter Basket Fishbowl Cocktail

Looking for a fun drink recipe for Easter brunch? This Easter Basket Cocktail is not only delicious, but it looks absolutely adorable too!

This clever cocktail is served in a personal fishbowl glass and decorated to look like an Easter basket, complete with green coconut “grass” and Easter candy.

Taste-wise, it is a blend of coconut and citrus flavors, so it is a sweet drink perfect for sipping. The candy on top is such a cute finishing touch!

Instructions

  1. Fill the fishbowl glass all the way to the top with ice cubes. The ice will help keep the coconut “grass” on top of the drink, so you want to make sure that you use enough.
  2. Pour in the liquid ingredients and stir.
  3. In a separate small bowl, add a few drops of green food coloring to the coconut flakes and stir until the coconut is light green.
  4. Scoop the coconut flakes on top of the drink and finish by adding jelly beans and Peeps marshmallows.
