Jelly Bean Easter Cocktail
This candy-colored drink is perfect for Easter brunch or to celebrate Spring!
Not only does it look like candy, but it tastes like it too!
The best part about this jelly bean cocktail is that it is easy to prepare with 3 simple ingredients, plus jelly beans candy to make it look especially festive. The blend of berry vodka and citrus flavors is sweet, but notย too sweet, so you have a delicious drink that is always a crowd-pleaser.
It’s also easy to modify with ingredients that you might have at home already.
Let’s hop to it!!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Berry Flavored Vodka โ For this recipe you can use almost any type of flavored vodka. Mixed berry, strawberry, raspberry, etc. would all taste fabulous! You could also use plain vodka, just keep in mind that the drink will be citrus flavored, without any berry notes from an infused vodka.
- 1 oz Blue Curacao โ This is an orange-flavored liqueur that is bright blue in color. It helps sweeten the drink, as well asย adding a vibrant appearance.
- Lemon-Lime Soda โ Any citrus soda can be used: Sprite, 7-up, Sierra Mist, Squirt, etc.
- Jelly Beans โ For garnish
