This USA Flag Fruit Pizza is perfect for your patriotic tablescape, and it’s pretty darn tasty too! Even better, it’s gluten free, dairy free, and each slice provides a serving of antioxidant-rich berries.
American Flag Gluten Free Pizza Recipe
You’re going to love how easy this is to make! Only 4 ingredients!
- Gluten free pizza dough (you can use Ciro “The Pizza Boss” box mix or you can make your own dough)
- 1 cup whipped topping*
- 1 cup strawberries, quartered
- 1/2 cup blueberries
(Serves about 6)
Start by preparing the pizza dough. You can use a boxed option like Ciro “The Pizza Boss” dough mix or make your own with our easy gluten free pizza dough recipe.
Coat a flat baking sheet generously with olive oil. Cover your hands with oil as well, so dough won’t stick to them. Spread dough into a rectangle shape on pan until it is between 1/4 – 1/2″ thickness. Bake according to directions on box (about 20 minutes) or if using our recipe, about 35-40 minutes.
Once pizza crust is done baking, allow to cool completely.
Apply a generous layer of whipped topping to entire pizza. Next, place blueberries in a square in top left of pizza. Arrange strawberries to form the red stripes of the American flag — we cut each strawberry into quarters so they would fit together better.
Serve and enjoy!
*Note: We used Cool Whip for our pizza, as it is lactose-free and a good substitute for those who are lactose-intolerant. However, some products marketed as dairy-free do contain casein, a milk derivative which might be not be ideal for those with dairy allergies.

Note: Fresh Priority Foods sent us a box of dough to try out, but we were under no obligation to write about it. However, we loved how easy this gluten free pizza dough is to use and were inspired to create a recipe for the upcoming summer holidays!
