Perfect for parties! (Or getting kids to eat their veggies!) This easy Bacon Cheddar Broccoli Salad only requires 4 simple ingredients. (Part of a shop that has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser).

Creamy Cheddar Bacon Broccoli Salad

My girls don’t just eat their veggies — they LOVE them! I get asked often how I taught them to be such adventurous eaters, but there’s no secret — if food tastes good, kids will eat it!

Take broccoli for example: if you were to just cut up it up and serve it raw, not many kids are going to jump for joy (I doubt many grown-ups would either.) However, if you combine it with flavors they know and love, they’ll be much more likely to try it.

Broccoli salad is one of my favorite picnic and party foods, and I was inspired by Kraft Dips to create an amped up version using their Bacon Cheddar Dip — easy to make and kid approved!

I popped over to Walmart to pick up the supplies (only four ingredients!) and I got one of each of the newly repackaged Kraft Dips.

The Bacon Cheddar Dip is the star of this broccoli salad recipe, but I thought it might be useful to have the other flavors on hand in case we needed to bring a last-minute snack to one of the summer parties we still have to attend this month.
