No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Pie
If you love easy, no-bake desserts with a nostalgic twist, this No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie is one you’ll want to make on repeat! This recipe comes from one of our family’s favorite old church cookbooks…you know the kind, filled with handwritten notes, splatters on the pages, and recipes that have been passed down through generations.
Best of all, this delicious creamy pie is made with just 6 simple ingredients and comes together with hardly any effort.
Served chilled, this peanut butter pie is rich, creamy, and incredibly smooth, with that classic peanut butter flavor everyone loves. The texture is cool and sliceable, and each bite tastes like a giant frozen peanut butter cup! It’s the perfect dessert for warm days, holiday gatherings, or anytime you want to whip up something sweet without turning on the oven.
This no-bake pie is also ideal for making ahead, which makes it great for parties and special occasions. Whether you’re serving it at a family gathering or pulling it out of the fridge for a simple weeknight treat, it’s the kind of vintage dessert that always disappears fast and gets requested again and again!

Prep Tips
- Yield – This recipe makes enough filling for two 9-inch pie crusts.
- To Serve – Before serving, allow pie to thaw at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Holding the knife in hot water before cutting the pie will also help it slice easier.
- Pie Crust – You can use any type of pie crust that you like. We used chocolate pie crusts because it makes the pie taste like a peanut butter cup!
- Storage – The pie holds up very well, so it is great for making ahead of time! The finished pie can be kept in the fridge for up to a week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months. If freezing, wrap the pie tightly in plastic wrap, without any toppings.
