Ingredients
Here is what we used to make this cute Grinch appetizer board, but feel free to substitute ingredients you have on hand or things you like better!
- 2.25 lbs green seedless grapes
- 6 slices of salami
- 25 slices of pepperoni
- 4-5 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 slices of American cheese
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese
- Handful of raisins
- 1 red heart sprinkle
Helpful Kitchen Tools

Instructions
- Make the Base – Line up salami along the bottom of the charcuterie board.
- Create the Face – Use green grapes for the face, with a rosemary smile. Triangles of American cheese form the eyes, with raisins as the eyeballs. Rosemary eyebrows and a heart sprinkle for the nose complete the Grinch face.
- Make the Hat – Use Swiss cheese slices for the white fur at the bottom of the Santa hat and pepperoni slices to make the hat itself
- Finishing Touches – Take a slice of Swiss cheese and cut the end of it into little strips, and this will be the tassel on the hat.

Prep Tips
- Make Ahead: You can assemble your Grinch charcuterie board up to 24 hours in advance. Arrange the cured meats, cheese, and fruit, then cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. For the best presentation, wait to add any crackers or dry snacks until just before serving so they stay crisp.
- Storage: If you have leftovers, transfer the meats and cheeses to separate airtight containers and refrigerate for up to 2–3 days. Grapes and fruit should be stored in another container lined with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
- Serving Tips: Take the board out of the fridge about 20–30 minutes before serving so the cheese softens and the flavors really shine. If you’re serving outdoors or at a party, try setting your board on a tray filled with ice packs underneath to keep everything fresher longer.
- Presentation Idea: For an extra festive touch, use red and green candies, holiday sprinkles, or rosemary sprigs to fill in empty spaces on the board — it makes your Grinch face even more eye-catching!

Equipment
- Charcuterie Board
- Chef's Knife
Ingredients
- 2.25 lbs green grapes seedless
- 6 slices salami
- 25 slices pepperoni
- 4-5 sprigs rosemary
- 2 slices American cheese
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese
- 4-6 raisins
- 1 heart sprinkle
Instructions
- With your charcuterie board turned vertically, line up your salami slices along the bottom of the board.
- Add one row of green grapes just above the salami. Then arrange the sprigs of rosemary to make the Grinch's smile.
- Continue to adding grapes to fill in the rest of the Grinch’s face.
- Cut two slices from your American cheese to make a large triangle with the top corner of the triangle a bit rounded. Place your cheese slices on the Grinch’s face where his eyes would be and top with a few raisins in the middle of the cheese slices.
- Use rosemary to make eyebrows above the eyes.
- Put a heart sprinkle in the middle of the face to make the nose.
- Line up Swiss cheese slices above the head. Take some of your Swiss cheese, and cut it into a rectangle. Cut lines on that cheese to create a tassel for his Christmas hat. Set aside.
- Arrange pepperoni slices to form a Santa hat and finish by placing the Swiss cheese you cut as the tassel.
Notes
- Make Ahead: Assemble up to 24 hours in advance. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Add crackers or dry snacks right before serving.
- Storage: Store leftover meats and cheeses in airtight containers in the fridge for 2–3 days. Keep fruit in a separate container lined with a paper towel.
- Serving: Remove from the fridge 20–30 minutes before serving to let the cheese soften and flavors develop.
- Presentation: Fill in gaps with red and green candies, holiday sprinkles, or rosemary sprigs for a festive Grinch look.
