These Grinch Fruit Kabobs are as adorable as they are easy to make — and the perfect way to add something fresh and healthy to your holiday celebrations!

Each of these fresh fruit kabobs features a juicy green grape “Grinch head,” topped with a sweet strawberry “Santa hat” and a fluffy mini marshmallow for the finishing touch. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a whole tray of festive, fun snacks in minutes!

Ingredients & Supplies

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse and dry the green grapes, wash and dry and remove the tops from the strawberries, and cut the banana into 12 equal slices.

Assemble the Kabobs:

  1. First, thread a whole grape onto each toothpick, sliding it to one end.
  2. Carefully add a slice of banana, so that it touches the grape.
  3. Add the strawberry, with the flat slide pressed against the banana.
  4. Finish with a mini marshmallow, like the pom-pom on the strawberry Santa hat.

Prep Tips

  • Make-Ahead Instructions – If you’d like to make these ahead of time or the night before, dip the banana slices in lemon juice to help prevent oxidation. Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Yield – The ingredient list above is enough to make one dozen skewers, but it is easy to double the recipe for a larger group.

  • 12 toothpicks or small appetizer skewers

  • 12 large green grapes
  • 12 fresh strawberries hulled
  • 12 mini marshmallows
  • 1 large banana cut into 12 slices

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Wash and dry the green grapes.
  • Hull the strawberries and remove the stems, so the top is flat.
  • Cut the banana into 12 even slices.

Assemble the Kabobs:

  • Start by threading a green grape onto each toothpick or small skewer, sliding it to the end.
  • Carefully add a banana slice, so that it is touching the grape.
  • Add a strawberry, so the flat side is against the banana slice.
  • Finish off the kabob by adding a mini marshmallow to the tip of the strawberry, as the "pom pom"
  • Best enjoyed immediately.
