Valentine’s Day Cocktails & Drink Recipes
Get things started with a sweet drink! There are family-friendly and grown-up only drinks here:
Pink Hot Chocolate — We took a creamy white hot chocolate…and turned it pink! Then we topped it with a luscious layer of whipped cream and cute red heart sprinkles. So much fun and so easy to make!
Cupid’s Valentine Punch — This Valentine’s punch is made with simple ingredients, but it tastes fancy! It’s festive, fruity, and fun…and you can whip up a batch in minutes! There are directions to make a kid friendly version and a boozy version too.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cocktail — This decadent chocolate covered strawberry cocktail is topped with milk foam and is served in a chocolate coated glass. A fancy drink for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion!

Valentine’s Day Dinner Recipes
Plan the perfect meal to share with your sweetheart! These are a few of my favorite Valentine’s Day dinner ideas (that would be good for any special occasion!)
Foil Pack Salmon — Create a seafood dinner with this flavorful baked salmon. An easy way to cook salmon so it’s perfectly moist and flaky every time. Bonus: you can cook veggies right in the foil with the salmon…we used green beans and bell peppers. Plus, this is a one pan meal and clean up is a breeze!
Chimichurri Steak Salad — Steak is one of the most popular Valentine’s meals, but why have a plain piece of meat?! Our chimichurri steak salad is inspired by the “farmer’s plates” you’ll often find at South American restaurants – hearty platters of meat, rice, eggs, and more. We served our steak with fresh spinach, avocado, pickled onions, and from scratch chimmichuri sauce.
Oven Baked Country Style Pork Ribs — Fall-off-the-bone tender and slathered in a tangy homemade barbecue sauce, these ribs are a family favorite!
Thai Peanut Noodles — This tasty noodle dish is coated in a sweet and savory homemade peanut sauce. It’s something fun and unique to try and one of my all time favorite pasta dishes!
Crockpot Mashed Potatoes — Complete your meal with these foolproof garlic butter mashed potatoes! Set them and forget them in the slow cooker until you’re ready for dinner.
Valentine’s Day Dessert Recipes

Valentine Fudge — This easy Valentine’s Day Fudge recipe is smooth and creamy, layered in red and pink stripes and topped with sprinkles. You only need 5 ingredients to make a batch!
Valentine Muddy Buddies — First, we created a delicious creamy candy coating using white chocolate and colorful frosting.
